We provide shipping only in continental US. ALL THE ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE OF US WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
All products sold at unitedpoolspa.com come with Full Manufacturer warranty. Please refer to the package information or contact us for any further assistance.
Some product imaged may not represent the actual product look due to editing or design changes by manufacturer. If you have any questions about a specific item, feel free to contact us.
Delivery Terms and Dates
Delivery days are estimated. Actual delivery time may vary from the days shown on Delivery Information webpage.
For large quantities or heavy shipments like pumps and motors, please, contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (818) 787-1475 to get a shipment quote.
Most orders will be processed within 24 hours, if ordered products are in stock. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not considered as business days.
Please inspect all items for damages when you receive from the carrier. Unitedpoolspa.com is NOT RESPONSIBLE for these occurrences and you must report to the carrier at time of delivery for any damages. Shipping cost is only estimated for continental USA. Actual shipping cost will vary and will be notified by e-mail.
Some rural locations may require additional delivery time and additional charges. Please call for specific details. Unitedpoolspa.com is not responsible for shipping or other delays caused by events beyond our control.
Shipping Charges and Tax
Prices shown do not include sales tax or shipping and handling charges. Unitedpoolspa.com will collect all applicable taxes based on each state's tax regulations. Customer is responsible to pay for sales and all other taxes associated with the order.
You may return new, not used items sold within 30 days of delivery date.
If you return the item in the 1st 14 days after receiving the item, you will get the full product refund. After 14 days there will be a 15% restocking fee applied to all returns, NO EXCEPTION!
Delivery date is determined from the tracking information provided. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
There is absolutely no return or exchange on:
- Electrical parts, inflatables, toys.
- For safety reasons, no chemicals or paint can be returned.
- Custom Orders, including (but not limited to) Safety Covers, Spa Covers, and Pool Liners, Special Orders, Heaters, above aground pool kits. All sales are final on these items, unless there is wrong shipment.
- Any opened pool liners and pool covers.
- Any Used or Installed items are not eligible for return.
- Any shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please do not return without authorization from unitedpoolspa.com. Any return without authorization will be refused.
Please return the products in the packaging received. Include in the package the original invoice and any additional instructions.
Standard Fees & Procedures
- Packages that are refused upon arrival will result in a $25.00 shipping fee per package.
- Delivery refusals without obtaining an RMA number first, may result in delay or denial of refund.
- Products must be returned in new condition in the original packaging.
- Including warranty cards, packaging, and ALL owners' manuals to be returned in the condition in which the product was received.
- Returns received that do not follow these guidelines may be refused or have an increased restocking fee.
How to Return Your Online Purchase:
To return an online purchase, you must get a Returns Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) Request number by contacting our customer service at email@example.com or call (818) 787-1475.
Provide a detailed description as to the reason for returning the item. If there is a problem with the item, please, provide images of all items that are to be returned.
Once the information has been submitted and pictures received, our support staff members will contact you within 3 business days.
- Returns without a Returns Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number may result in your refund being delayed or denied.
Refund Method & Timing
- Once your package returns to its destination its condition is inspected within 48 hours to ensure it meets requirements.
- Once verified your refund, less any applicable fees, will be refunded back to your original payment method. This usually takes 5-10 business days to process back to your account.
